Women´s Football international Tournament Dracula Cup

We cordially invite you to enter your team in the Women´s Football International Tournament - Dracula Cup in beautiful Brasov, Romania. Valuable teams from Europe will be in attendance. This event will allow teams from different nations to compete and show their value, but also practice and experience new oportunities.

This tournament is organized by FunSports in collaboration with the Women's Football Committee of the Romanian Football Federation and will take place in the ancient city of Brasov, Romania, between 15 to 21 July 2013.

Join us in for an exciting 7 days of women´s football and come see the area attractions and experience the Romanian hospitality.

Our tournament staff and organizers have dedicated themselves to ensuring an enjoyable experience for every team involved. We assure all will have a great time.

Monday , July 16                         

          During the day , the teams arrived, they checked in and after dinner  it took place technical meeting where we got acquainted with all and we have established competition schedule.

Tuesday , July 17

                Tuesday morning the teams were in a city tour with a bus, visiting the most interesting and beautiful sights and have a great and relaxing time.

Wednesday , July 17

      On the third day of competition, teams had training in the morning and after lunch we all went to a trip to visit the beautiful resort of Poiana Brasov.After a relaxing walk enjoying the fresh mountain air we camped at the Equestrian Center where the girls had a very nice time riding the horses or the bikes , play volleyball ,  badminton and dancing.The evening ends with a very tasty traditional Romanian meal (grilled meat , polenta and cheese).  

 Thursday , July 18

         Thursday morning we all went for a walk trough the historic center of the cityan visit the main tourist atraction : Black Church Square with the Museum of History - City Hall , Rope streeet , Old Town Hall , Drapers'Bastion, Bastion , The White Tower , Black Tower , Catherine's Gate , Scheii Gate , Bation Graft , First Romanian School , Shopping and shooting session.

                In the afternoon we had two very interesting games between:

                First games meets  Romanian National Team U 17 - Romania National Team U15 

               The second game puts toghether Olimpia Cluj The  Champion of Romania against Konak Belediyesi Izmir from Turkey

Friday , July 19

  Friday morning , all teams had training session .

After lunch we all go to a trip to House Of Dracula - visit to Bran Castle.An interesting travel through myths and reality , wich are part of the legend castle, such as Count Dracula mystery that enveloped the region , but also the romantic Queen Mary , who transformed the city into a fairytale castle.From Bran trip continues with a stop at the beautiful citadel of Rasnov,The city watchmen and craftsmen will meet with medieval legends and artifacts meant to revive the glory days of the great fortress on rocks , indomitable over the centuries.

Saturday , July 20

    Saturday morning starts with final matches between

 Romania U 17 -  Romania U 15

  and  Olimpia Cluj  -  Konak Belediyesi

 after the matches where over , folowed Awards Ceremony where every player from each team get's presents and souvenirs.

COMPETITION RULES

Women´s Football international Tournament Dracula Cup

Competition rules are established by the organizers in accordance with FIFA rules and will be handed to all participating teams before the tournament starts.

Teams will be divided into 2 groups.

Gaming system: teams will play according to the Berger table.

The duration of a game is 90 minutes, two halves of 45 minutes each with 15 minutes break in between. The winning team gets 3 points. In case of a draw each team will get one point.

At the end of the group stage, first 2 teams move on to the semifinals. Being playoff matches, if at the end of a 90 minutes match, both teams score an equal number of goals, 2 extra halves of 15 minutes will be played. If at the end of the extra time, the match is still drawn, there will be kicks from the penalty mark, each team having 5 penalty kicks.

Each team is allowed 7 changes every game.

Surface dimensions: length 100-105 meters, 62-68 meters wide.

The referee shall end the game and will make a report on the situation if:
One or both teams delay or do not come within 15 minutes after the start time;
Teams do not show legitimation books of players within 15 minutes after the start time;
Teams will be present with eight (8) legitimated female football players.

The team that has been present in time on the playing field, will have to fill in the arbitration report.

Where, for whatever reason, a team withdraws from the field or refuses to resume play before the regular time has consumed, it will be penalized according to regulations. In these cases the referee applies the "rule of three minutes" under the provisions of this Regulation.

No more than 13 people have access on the bench: 7 substitutes and other 6 people including coach and technical staff (masseur, physician etc).

Specialized medical services will be present throughout the competition.

The teams will be informed on any changes in regulation with at least 24 hours before the competition starts.
